The VUCA Resilience Programs (VRP) develop your personal Self-Agility, to enable you to leverage VUCA as a resource, rather than a threat.

The VUCA Resilience Programs (VRP) are based on a proprietary daily micro-journaling exercise that takes just 10 minutes a day.
How Does it Work?
Every day, for 8 weeks, you answer the same set of 16 questions in your own private online questionnaire.
And then we meet once a week to review the fresh insights emerging into your awareness, and how to apply them to your developing Self-Agility.
At the end of 8 weeks, you will:
Have re-balanced your relationship with yourself
Know the future you want to invent for yourself next, the future only you can build
Be clear about the person you need to be to create it
Have deeper trust in the validity of your own experience
Be able to throw yourself into your uncertain world with hope and confidence
